What we do
New skylight installation. We install VELUX skylights — the industry standard — including fixed, manual venting, and electric “Fresh Air” models with rain sensors that close automatically. Cutting in a new skylight means opening the roof, and doing it right means proper framing, VELUX step flashing kits woven into the shingles, ice-and-water shield, and a curb built to shed water.
Skylight replacement. Old acrylic domes yellow, crack, and leak. We swap tired units for modern VELUX glass skylights with better insulation, cleaner sightlines, Neat glass coating that stays cleaner longer, and real manufacturer warranties.
Venting skylights. Manual or electric venting skylights that open for airflow — ideal for kitchens, bathrooms, and stuffy upstairs rooms. Properly flashed and wired, they ventilate without inviting leaks. Add VELUX ACTIVE smart controls for automated climate management.
