What we install

Fiber cement siding. James Hardie HardiePlank and HardieShingle — the gold standard for New England exteriors. Rot-proof, fire-resistant, and holding paint 2–3x longer than wood. We install to James Hardie best practices with proper clearances, flashing, and Tyvek house wrap behind every wall.

Engineered wood siding. LP SmartSide — treated engineered wood that stands up to moisture, insects, and impact, with a 50-year prorated warranty. A great value alternative to fiber cement with a warmer, wood-like look.

Vinyl siding. Premium insulated and traditional vinyl from CertainTeed and Alside — low maintenance, huge color selection, and foam-backed options that add real R-value to older walls.

Cedar and natural wood. Red cedar shingles and clapboard for historic and coastal homes — installed over rain-screen systems so the wood dries properly and lasts.

Exterior trim. Rotted trim swapped for AZEK cellular PVC trim that never rots, never needs painting (but takes paint beautifully), and matches traditional profiles exactly.

Our process

1. Inspection — we check what’s behind the existing siding for rot, failed flashing, and water damage. 2. Repair — damaged sheathing and framing get fixed before anything new goes on. 3. Weather barrier — Tyvek house wrap or a rain-screen system, installed correctly. 4. Siding and trim — installed to manufacturer spec, with clean transitions at every window, door, and roofline.
